We advance the social and economic mobility of Black women, nonbinary people, and other historically excluded scholars by supporting recruitment and retention in doctoral education. We provide the insights and tools scholars can use to successfully navigate academia, connect to meaningful careers in higher education and the global workforce, and enhance their overall well-being.

Resources
Our culturally-tailored professional development workshops, courses, conferences, and podcast provide on-demand tools and training to democratize the “hidden curriculum”for doctoral students and applicants.
Mentorship
Our year-long mentorship program provides culturally relevant, discipline-based academic, professional, and personal development to address the lack of mentorship and community for underrepresented doctoral students.
Community
Our digital community platform is a safe and welcoming space for scholars to network, collaborate, and provide mutual support, healing, and encouragement across institutional, disciplinary, and geographic silos.
